Job Description

  • Job Summary
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks while providing exceptional customer support.
  • Duties
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for work orders and invoices
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Collecting rent and writing receipts
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents for clients
  • Provide administrative support to staff as needed
  • Experience
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
  • Customer-focused
  • Active listener
  • Adept at prioritizing, scheduling, and multitasking
  • Ability to handle office equipment, such as the telephone system, printer and fax machine
  • Fast and eager learner
