We offer unmatched service to our customers with the largest framing selections available and a staff of extremely knowledgeable sales consultants. As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company, so we are seeking a friendly face who can multi-task and handle the pressures of the occasionally rough customer service seas with diplomacy. Along with the requirements below, there is room to grow into support roles for areas of the business based on your particular strengths and skills as well. As receptionist/showroom assistant, tasks include: Answer switchboard phone calls; transfer calls to extensions and page as necessary, or send to voicemail Greet customers in a friendly, welcoming and professional manner and directing them to an available sales consultant Assist with order pick up, making sure they are thrilled with the results Assist customers with photo frame sales Assist with data entry and special projects, like bulk mailings as needed Receive packages from messenger, UPS, FedEx and alert the recipients Print and distribute daily reports (retail register) to sales consultants Organize and file invoices and credit slip receipts into books daily Restock used corner samples on the walls post-sale as needed Restock supplies at the pick up counter Keep pick up counters, photo frame shelves and reception desk organized and clean

Requirements:

Previous work on multi-line switchboard Manage calls and customers in diplomatic and professional manner Experience in providing excellent customer service Ability to work one weekend day and four weekdays This is a full-time position (working four weekdays and Saturday) offering benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
