Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, self-motivated veterinary receptionist to join our team at Crest Hill Cat and Dog Clinic. We recently have expanded our business and are looking for the right member to join our team. Applicant should have excellent communication skills, be able to handle multiple simultaneous responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while consistently demonstrating compassion for pets and their owners. Receptionist responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Answering phone calls Scheduling appointments Greeting clients/patients in an professional matter Preparing exam rooms for patients Processing payments Light bookkeeping Data entry and record keeping.
