Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and friendly environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at all times Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and promptness Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools Assist with clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and updating databases using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering assistance as needed Requirements Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Previous clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting is preferred Familiarity with office management software such as QuickBooks or bookkeeping tools is a plus Strong typing skills along with time management capabilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently Excellent proofreading skills for documents and correspondence Customer service background with a friendly demeanor and professional communication skills Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous but not required Join our team to be the friendly face that keeps our operations running smoothly!
