Optical Assistant/Receptionist

Overview Part-Time Optical Assistant / Recptionist with Flexible hours. We are seeking a friendly, reliable team member to help pts, scheduling, front office work, etc... Friendly work environment, Staff discounts on eyewear and exams... No Experience is necessary - will train the right person... Individual must be people oriented, dedicated, reliable, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task. Basic computer skills for pt record system and billing... Responsibilities General Office / front desk duties (scheduling, answering phones, working with pts) Basic computer skills for pt record system and billing Provide guidance to patients regarding general office practices Provide guidance to patients regarding eyewear options, including frames and lenses. Requirements Any previous experience in the Optical Industrial is a plus, but not necessary.. Will train the right individual Must be reliable and dedicated Basic computer skills for patient record system and billing Must be a people person with good interpersonal skills Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
