Front Desk Receptionist

Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Front Desk Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for clients. The right applicant will have experience greeting clients, answering questions and directing clients until they are met by their provider.

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday 9:00am-7pm

Skills:

The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills and reception experience. Strong written and verbal skills are essential and a love for serving, assisting and helping others is a must. This position requires actively engaging with many people throughout the day, and quick problem solving skills. Basic math skills, customer service skills and the ability to accurately book appointments is critical. Patience and strong communication skills are a must. A warm, professional demeanor with an interest in skincare and wellness

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and check in clients, creating an inviting and calming first impression Manage appointment schedules with precision and attention to detail Handle client inquiries in person, over the phone, and by email, providing knowledgeable information about our services and products Stock and manage inventory Upgrade services and recommend retail products Ensure the spa is clean and organized at all times Maintain accurate client records and assist with billing and payments

Compensation Details:

5% commission on product & package sales
