The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary. Handle scheduling and calendar management for appointments. Perform data entry tasks, including maintaining accurate records and filing documents. Provide clerical support such as proofreading documents, typing correspondence, and managing office supplies. Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed. Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring a high level of service is maintained. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry and filing systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Previous experience in front desk or office management roles preferred. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential. Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous but not required. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on professionalism and courtesy.
