In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Duties Greet visitors warmly, manage front desk operations, and ensure a positive first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls accurately Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and correspondence Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining cleanliness of common areas Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients, vendors, and team members with inquiries and support needs Perform clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and managing electronic and physical files with precision Experience Proven office experience or administrative support background in a professional environment Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and office management procedures Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry software Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus but not required Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and proactive approach will make a real difference!
