This energetic position combines front desk responsibilities with assisting practitioners in delivering exceptional patient care. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure every patient feels valued and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, check them in efficiently, and manage appointment scheduling to optimize clinic flow Answer incoming calls promptly, address patient inquiries, and provide clear information about services and procedures Collect patient information through thorough intake processes, including verifying insurance details and updating medical histories Assist chiropractors with patient assessments by preparing treatment rooms, explaining procedures, and ensuring patient comfort Educate patients on basic physiology concepts related to their care and answer general questions about their treatment options Ensure the reception area remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times Qualifications Strong background in patient service with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to perform intake procedures accurately while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Prior experience working in a healthcare or chiropractic setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service Join us in making a difference by providing compassionate support and ensuring every patient receives top-quality care.
