We're a holistic Functional Health Clinic in O'Fallon, IL, and we use natural methods to help people who are often told they can't be helped. Every day, patients walk in searching for answers, and they leave here with hope, clarity, and a plan. As our Front Desk Coordinator, you'll be a huge part of creating that experience. This role is about so much more than answering phones—it's about making people feel truly seen, cared for, and excited to take the next step on their healing journey. We're open to part-time or full-time for the right person, with the possibility of future growth and advancement opportunities if you shine.

What You'll Do:

Greet every patient with genuine kindness, warmth, and enthusiasm. Build real relationships so patients feel comfortable and cared for. Schedule appointments and manage phone calls with confidence and clarity. Support our team with a smile, staying organized while bringing positive energy to the office. Handle front desk responsibilities like paperwork, payments, and opening/closing procedures.
