Dr. Amarik Singh is recognized for complex dental implant surgery, full-mouth reconstruction, and high-level patient care built on precision, experience, and long-term trust. Our practice serves patients seeking a world-class experience in a calm, professional, and highly organized environment. Position Overview The Executive Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for creating a polished, confident, and welcoming experience from the very first interaction. This individual must be highly professional, emotionally intelligent, organized under pressure, and able to confidently guide conversations while maintaining control of the schedule and patient flow. Core Responsibilities Professionally answer incoming calls and guide patients toward consultations Maintain a full, efficient, and organized schedule Verify insurance benefits accurately Assist patients with financing applications and payment coordination Manage front desk workflow, records, emails, and patient intake Maintain a polished, welcoming reception environment Handle high call volume while remaining calm and organized Support the clinical team in an all-hands-on-deck environment Assist with stocking and maintaining surgical suites Learn dental imaging/X-rays if required Cross-train across operational areas of the practice What We Are Looking For Warm, polished, and highly professional presence Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident and calm under pressure Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient Coachable and able to follow structured systems Team-oriented with a proactive mindset Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dental software Work Schedule Monday - Friday | Full-Time Position How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief note explaining why you would be a strong fit for this role.
