Responsibilities Perform front-desk reception duties, providing information and assistance to visitors and telephone callers Participate in security and emergency measures; monitor residents and visitors in lobby area; restrict inappropriate entry or exit Filing, making copies, etc. Community tours and information Performs administrative functions Screens phone calls, redirects calls, directs complaints to proper channels, and completes special assignments Perform other related duties as required Qualifications Exceptional People skills Reliable Microsoft Office experience Strong and effective spoken and written communication skills Ability to effectively organize work and determine priorities Benefits Offered to full-time staff Medical, dental, vision insurance Paid time off Accrue immediately!
