Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to support daily front desk operations in Phoenix, Arizona. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment while managing incoming calls and visitor interactions with professionalism. The person in this role will help keep communication flowing smoothly and provide dependable administrative support in a part-time capacity.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff members in a courteous and attentive manner.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, handling incoming calls efficiently and transferring them to the correct departments.
  • Maintain an orderly reception area to ensure a positive experience for guests, clients, and employees.
  • Respond to general inquiries by phone and in person, providing accurate information and timely assistance.
  • Support routine front office tasks such as taking messages, monitoring visitor flow, and assisting with basic administrative needs.
  • Coordinate daily reception activities to help ensure smooth communication across the office.
  • Handle part-time front desk coverage reliably while maintaining strong attention to detail and customer service standards.
