Job Description
Four Paws Veterinary Clinic is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and organized full time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. This position plays a vital role in providing excellent customer service to our clients while ensuring smooth daily clinic operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and patients in a friendly and professtional manner
- Answering multi-line phone systems and scheduling appointments
- Checking patients in and out of appointments
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting clients with refill requests and medical records
- Communicating effectively with staff
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Providing exceptional customer service during both routine and emergency situations
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Compassion for animals and their owners
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Previous vet experience preferred but not required
