About Us Northern Prosthetics & Orthopedic Inc., part of Quantum Clinics , is a patient-centered prosthetics and orthotics practice dedicated to restoring mobility and improving lives. We specialize in advanced prosthetic and orthotic care, working closely with physicians, therapists, and patients to deliver exceptional outcomes. Position Overview We are seeking a professional, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for our clinic. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering a high-level patient experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and check-in patients with professionalism and warmth Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries Schedule appointments and coordinate clinician calendars Verify insurance benefits and collect patient information Assist with medical billing, authorizations, and documentation Maintain accurate patient records in EMR systems Process payments and manage front desk financial transactions Coordinate communication with physicians, therapists, and referral sources Ensure the front office remains organized and efficient Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of front desk or medical office experience (preferred) Experience with medical billing and insurance verification strongly preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Proficiency with computers, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office High attention to detail and organizational skills Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset What Sets Us Apart Work in a mission-driven environment that directly impacts patients' lives Collaborative team culture with clinical and administrative support Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization Exposure to advanced prosthetic and orthotic technologies Compensation & Benefits Health insurance (employer contribution available) Paid time off 401(k) options Supportive and growth-focused work environment How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed or email directly to our hiring team.
