We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital for ensuring efficient operations and providing excellent customer service to our patients and staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a genuine enthusiasm for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for office personnel, providing a welcoming and professional interaction via phone, email, and virtual platforms. Manage incoming calls, address inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records, including patient files Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining office supplies. Support clinical staff with communication and documentation, facilitating seamless interactions between patients and provider teams.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in office administration is a plus. Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility and adaptability to changes and new technologies.
