Part Time Receptionist Mon/Thurs/Fri/Every Other Saturday

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support. Hours are 5pm-8pm Monday/Thursday/Friday and every other Saturday 8am-6pm. Duties Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner. Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency. Requirements Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize workload effectively. Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment. Ability to provide outstanding customer support with a positive attitude.
