Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the reception area. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management. Coordinate communication between clients and treatment staff effectively. Ensure a clean and organized reception area to enhance client comfort. Assist with billing inquiries and process payments as needed. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times. Support the team with various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and staff. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with scheduling software. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
