$23.00•$25.00 per hour Job description: We are hiring a Front Desk/Admin Assistant for a Chiropractic Office in Wheaton, IL. We are looking for a warm, upbeat, highly dependable Patient Experience Coordinator / Front Desk Admin to be the welcoming face and voice of our chiropractic office in Wheaton. This is not a typical receptionist position. The right person for this role is a true "people person" — someone who naturally lights up a room, makes patients feel seen and cared for, remembers details, and brings positive energy to the office every day. At the same time, this person must also be organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with administrative tasks, and able to keep a busy front desk running smoothly. What You'll Do As our Patient Experience Coordinator / Front Desk Admin, you will help create an excellent experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism Creating a welcoming and positive first impression Answering phones and helping patients schedule appointments Managing patient flow at the front desk Collecting payments and helping with financial transactions Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments Supporting patient communication and follow-up Tracking office metrics and information in Excel Helping keep the front desk organized and running smoothly Supporting the doctors and team with administrative tasks What You Need Previous customer service or front desk experience Strong administrative skills Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel Comfort using Windows-based systems Ability to type at least 50 words per minute Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and willingness to follow through until the job is done Sincere interest in health, wellness, and helping people Schedule This is a full-time, in-person position. You must be available Monday through Friday.

7:30 AM•12:00 PM and 1:45 PM•7:30
PM Tuesday & Thursday:
1:45 PM•7:00
PM Friday:
7:15 AM•12:00 PM and 1:45 PM•6:00
PM Saturday & Sunday:
Closed Occasional weekend travel may be required for training seminars and personal growth/development events, approximately 3-4 times per year.
