Job Description:

Black Pearl Resorts is seeking an experienced, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Lead for each of our two properties: Fox Bluff RV Resort in Yorkville and Fox Creek RV Resort in Newark. These are full-time seasonal positions ideal for individuals with prior front desk, hospitality, or administrative experience who are comfortable taking ownership, working independently, and helping guide less experienced team members. Each Front Desk Lead will be responsible for day-to-day front desk operations at their assigned property.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing a professional and welcoming experience Oversee daily front desk operations at your assigned resort Manage reservations, guest accounts, and bookings with accuracy Handle guest concerns and resolve issues independently Support and guide seasonal front desk staff Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes Answer phones, emails, and in-person inquiries Process payments and maintain accurate records Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams Assist with site checks and guest support throughout the property

Qualifications:

Prior experience in front desk, administrative, hospitality, or customer service roles (required) Strong computer skills and ability to learn reservation systems Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with the ability to work independently Strong communication and problem-solving skills Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
