Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and create a refined first impression Manage appointments, phone calls, and scheduling Process payments and handle basic transactions Assist with daily salon operations and organization Maintain a clean, polished front desk and reception area

Requirements:

Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable with scheduling systems and basic computer tasks Previous salon or customer service experience preferred (training available)
