Part Time Front Desk Receptionist

Holiday Inn Express and Suites is looking for a Receptionist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and other persons in the hotel as important members of the team. Answer a multi-line phone system in a timely manner. Greet and welcome guests as they enter the hotel according to the IGH Guidelines. Perform general office support tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, etc. Assist in maintaining a neat and organized environment. Provide support to guests as they enter the hotel. Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Looking for Sunday Morning Shift plus 1-2 days per week High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous hotel experience preferred. Must possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Must possess the ability to be flexible with changing demands on work schedule. Must be able to effectively communicate with other employees and management.
