As a Receptionist , you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience for residents, visitors, and staff.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and assist visitors, directing them appropriately. Notify staff of visitor arrivals and maintain communication. Manage the telecommunications system and handle inquiries. Maintain and update employee and department directories. Ensure security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and compliant with regulations. Document and communicate important actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs to support workplace continuity. Contribute to the team by assisting with additional tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Strong interpersonal skills—especially when handling sensitive information with residents and families. High attention to detail and ability to stay alert in a fast-paced environment. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. Independent decision-making abilities regarding job responsibilities. Professionalism and tact when interacting with residents, visitors, and colleagues. Knowledge of facility policies, procedures, and relevant healthcare regulations.
Schedule Requirements:
