In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using various digital tools Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading for accuracy Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, photocopying, and document preparation Provide customer support by addressing inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with clerical responsibilities Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse client needs Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Personal assistant experience or calendar management skills are highly valued Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets warmth!
