The Receptionist is responsible and accountable for- Maintaining front lobby area and making it a welcoming area for guests by keeping the desk clear/clean and keeping the lobby clean and free from clutter Delivering excellent customer service by having a professional and positive attitude in all interactions with customers. Greeting, monitoring, announcing and logging visitors Maintain CIH driver and vehicle list for insurance company Answering and routing calls in a timely manner to the correct individual Managing office supply inventory Reviewing purchase order acknowledgements and attaching in Opening Suite Assisting with receivables by faxing past due sales order invoices to customers Opening and distributing mail and faxes in a timely manner Mail/email monthly customer statements Other administrative duties as assigned Essential Functions- Answering and directing calls Customer service and assistance Using office equipment to complete tasks Timely and professional correspondence through email Ordering and managing inventory Receiving and sorting mail Continuous productivity under pressure and able to multitask Experience and other requirements- Ability to use office equipment (printers, copiers, fax machines, mailing equipment, etc..) Experience with ERP systems preferred No issue with repetitive use of fingers and hands and moving up to 20lbs.
