Role Summary:
The Receptionist plays an essential support role across . This position serves as the central point of communication at the front desk and also ensures the smooth execution of day-to-day administrative tasks that keep all Sojos-affiliated companies running efficiently. Key responsibilities include receptionist coverage, employee engagement coordination, basic accounting and check handling, The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and skilled in multitasking within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Administrative Support:
Provide receptionist coverage, including welcoming visitors, answering phones, and routing calls or inquiries. Handle incoming mail and deliveries, and ensure a professional front-office environment. Support COS, property management, and executive leadership with administrative tasks as needed.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Support communication and promotion of internal initiatives and employee programs.
Accounting & Property Support:
Assist with basic month-end accounting tasks and document handling as directed by the Accounting team. High school diploma required. 2+ years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a multi-departmental or real estate setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Spanish Speaking Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic spreadsheet functions. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting tasks across departments. Discretion in handling sensitive HR and financial information. Friendly, professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
Physical Requirements:
Standard office duties including extended periods at a desk, use of a computer, phone, printer, and other standard office equipment. Occasional standing and lifting for event set-up or materials preparation.
