We're located on 10388 W 400 N, Michigan City, IN 46360. We're happy to answer any questions you may have about the job and set up a time for you to come in for an interview. 2+ years of customer service experience working in a service industry with strong relationships and repeat business as a top priority. Answer phones and make out bounds confirming appointments. Data input of health records, special requests, and boarding / grooming bookings. Check in and check out clients for dog boarding / grooming / daycare. Make detailed note of services requested at check in and offer additional services. Ability to handle all types of dogs and lift 50 lbs.
