Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive environment while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, providing excellent customer service at all times Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs Utilize computer skills to perform data entry, update records, and support office management tasks Ensure professional phone etiquette is maintained during all interactions with clients and staff Support office management by coordinating supplies inventory and maintaining a tidy reception area Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Perform clerical duties such as typing correspondence, filing paperwork, and data entry with accuracy Assist with personal assistant responsibilities or calendar management as needed in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Proven office experience or clerical experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems in a professional setting Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Familiarity with front desk operations in medical or dental settings is a plus but not required Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment Strong typing skills combined with proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in correspondence and documentation Time management skills that allow you to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly Personal assistant or calendar management experience is beneficial for supporting executive needs Knowledge of office management best practices to maintain a professional reception area Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your positive attitude and organizational talents will make a meaningful impact every day!
