Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler

Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler Momentum Foot & Ankle Clinic Momentum Foot and Ankle Clinic is looking for a personable and organized Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler to be the first point of contact for our patients at our Michigan City & Chesterton clinics. The ideal candidate will manage patient check-ins and check-outs, schedule appointments, and ensure the clinic operates smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Schedule patient appointments, ensuring compliance with daily appointment limits Verify insurance information and ensure pre-authorizations are completed Answer phone calls and handle inquiries in a professional manner Assist with maintaining an organized and clean waiting area Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience as a medical receptionist or scheduler in a healthcare setting Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification processes Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency in using medical office software (EHR experience preferred) Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment Ideal candidate should possess an upbeat, friendly personality, willingness to learn and the motivation to grow with our practice.
