Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication and scheduling. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Must have great phone, and people skills, with the ability to multi task. Must have a clean criminal background, and be able to pass a drug test. Qualifications
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Customer service experience
  • Administrative experience with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Typing proficiency for data entry tasks
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
  • Ability to manage calendars and assist with office management
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks for financial tasks
  • Ability to coordinate projects and handle clerical duties efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail for filing and document management tasks
