Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a front desk receptionist who is equal parts organized, warm, and wildly capable of juggling all the things without dropping the vibe. This role is the heartbeat of our practice. You are the first smile, the calming presence, the one who keeps everything flowing smoothly behind the scenes while making every client feel like they just walked into their favorite place. We're not just looking for someone to "check people in." We're looking for a true unicorn.

What You'll Do:

Greet every client with warmth, professionalism, and genuine energy Manage scheduling, phones, and client communication with efficiency and attention to detail Confidently multitask in a fast-paced environment (think: phones ringing, clients arriving, providers needing support… all at once) Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and common areas Perform weekly cleaning tasks and restocking to keep the space running beautifully Support providers and team members wherever needed Help create a seamless, elevated client experience from start to finish

A natural people person who makes others feel instantly comfortable Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and continuously educate yourself on medical aesthetics, treatments, and skincare Highly organized with great attention to detail A team player who steps in without being asked and takes pride in the entire space—not just their role Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented Bonus Points (Strongly Considered) Experience in a med spa, plastic surgery office, or dental practice Familiarity with aesthetic treatments and skincare

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 8 per week
