THERAPY & RECEPTIONIST/ASSISTANT

Busy office seeking a full-time energetic person to perform the duties required as a Rehab & Receptionist/Assistant. This position requires a full-time work week. Monday through Friday 9:00am to 12:30pm ( lunch break) 2:00pm to 6:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Roles:

Greet all patients in a professional manner. Talking care of patients during their treatment including obtaining intake, subjective and exercise notes as well as Re-examinations. Work directly with patients performing various therapies Dictating patient notes into record keeping software. Handling new patient charts and their initial intake and vitals. Make sure all paperwork is completed and faxed in a timely matter. Make sure all medical paperwork has plenty of copies including new patient charts, file cabinet documents, and exercise packets. Keeping treatment areas clean

REQUIREMENTS

Applicant must have a strong desire to work in the healthcare field. Positive and energetic person that strives to help others. Excellent multitasking abilities Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment High school diploma Entry level position (no certification required, however, pay may increase with experience). On the job training is provided for all job duties.
