Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage incoming calls using professional phone etiquette, directing calls to appropriate personnel. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Organize and file documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval. Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, scheduling, and communication. Assist with calendar management for appointments and meetings. Operate front desk phone systems and manage messages effectively. Provide support as a dental receptionist when necessary, including scheduling patient appointments and handling inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations. Requirements Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role with 1-3 years is preferred. Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with filing systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor suitable for front desk interactions. Experience with Office 365 programs is preferred.
