The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic and have excellent interpersonal skills. If you are eager to learn and enjoy caring for patients from diagnosis through full recovery, this is the opportunity for you! Job DescriptionWe are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while managing various administrative duties with efficiency and attention to detail.

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous mannerAnswer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone systemSchedule and manage appointments using electronic calendar systemsMaintain a clean and organized reception areaProcess incoming and outgoing mail and packagesCoordinate with staff regarding visitor arrivals and scheduling changesManage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessaryHandle basic administrative tasks including data entry and filingOperate standard office equipment including copiers, printers, and scannersSupport other administrative staff with various clerical tasks as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 1 year of front office or reception experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skillsProven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentExceptional organizational and time management skillsProfessional phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systemsDemonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in workBasic computer literacy and ability to learn new software systemsExperience with standard office equipmentAdditional InformationMultiple opportunities for professional development, specialization, and leadershipPathway to leadership programFamily-friendly work environmentEmployee discount plansEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Investment from a company that wants you to succeed and thrive
