Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist and BOM Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors, while also assisting with administrative tasks and supporting our Business Office Manager (BOM). Responsibilities:
Greet patients, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, answering questions and addressing concerns Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, taking messages, and filing documents Provide support to the Business Office Manager, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files Assist with billing and insurance claims processing as needed Participate inquality improvement initiatives and PI projects Perform other duties as assigned by the BOM or other management staff
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a medical or administrative setting High school diploma or equivalent required Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
