Job Description

Overview Join our team as an Automotive Receptionist, where your energetic and welcoming attitude will set the tone for a positive customer experience. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing front desk operations with efficiency and professionalism. Your organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced automotive environment. Responsibilities Greet customers and visitors warmly, creating a friendly and professional first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously Schedule appointments and coordinate calendar management for service advisors and technicians Handle data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Assist with office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing supplies Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries promptly and professionally Support administrative functions including bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic office clerical duties to ensure operational efficiency Requirements Proven experience in front desk or office management roles within an automotive or similar setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and data entry skills Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse customer needs effectively Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Previous clerical or administrative experience demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy Personal assistant or office support experience is a plus, especially with calendar management and bookkeeping tasks Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude
Schedule:
Tuesday through Friday 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday- 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Join us in delivering outstanding service while enjoying a collaborative environment that values your skills!
