Fowey Hall Hotel, nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Fowey, is seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to join our lovely team. Role Overview As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive, able to answer guest queries and showcasing your knowledge of the hotel, the facilities, and the local area. This a permanent role, at 32 hours per week (including weekends), with an hourly rate of £12.71, plus generous service charge and a brilliant benefits package.

Responsibilities Welcoming guests:

Conducting a pleasant and professional check in/check out, ensuring a smooth and personable welcome. To give all guests a full tour of the hotel and their bedroom, explaining all the facilities on offer.

Guest Assistance:

Assist guests with enquiries, provide information and address any concerns promptly and professionally, finding solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.

Reservations:

Handle room reservations, manage booking systems, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Make long lasting unique memories:
