Labette Health is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Clinic Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our patients. As a key member of our clinic staff, you will help create a welcoming environment and ensure smooth front-desk operations that support exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors in a professional, courteous manner Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or direct them appropriately Verify patient information and collect necessary documentation Assist with insurance verification and patient registration Process co-pays and other front-desk financial transactions Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient records Support clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills, including familiarity with EMR systems preferred Professional appearance and positive attitude
