Receptionist (Evening Shift)

Provide support by answering telephones and performing data entry duties. Receptionist duties; including answering phones, taking messages, and greeting guests. Performs clerical duties for management staff as assigned. Enters OHIO Scales. Reports unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical and safety channels. Is knowledgeable of and follows all safety procedures. Implements Saint Francis Ministries policies and follows directives as required. Follows and adheres to all pertinent Saint Francis Ministries Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), rules, personnel policies, and procedures; related accreditation and licensure standards; and federal, state and local rules, statutes, regulations, and all term of the contract between Saint Francis Ministries and DCF. High School Diploma/GED. First Aid/CPR. Prefer previous work experience in or training secretarial skills inclusive of typing, computer skills, telephone etiquette, office machines and organizational skills. Must be 21 years of age. Must pass drug screen, MVR, KBI and Child Abuse and Neglect Central Registry Clearance check. Lifting requirements of 30-50 lbs. Must have a valid KS driver's license and reliable transportation.
