Job Description

You can have it all - a rewarding position, great benefits, and room for advancement. We are seeking a full-time receptionist to join our team. We are looking for an employee who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Perform reception and telephone duties. Assist with maintaining personnel records. Assist with gathering, assembling, organizing, and compiling the pertinent bookkeeping and resident records. Greet visitors, guests, residents, sales people and others. Receive, sort, and distribute mail as directed. Type documents, reports, letters, etc. with proficient typing skills. Develop, encourage, and maintain good communications between and among departments, residents, staff, visitors, etc. Communicate with and support residents, families, visitors, etc.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent Organizational skills, effective communicator, detailed-oriented, ability to multi-task, and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to work afternoons and weekends
