Company DescriptionHebron Animal Hospital is a well-established, fast-paced six-doctor small animal practice in northern Kentucky. Our most common patients are cats and dogs, but we also see pocket pets! Pet health is our top priority, and online reviews boast about our compassionate, knowledgeable, and empathetic staff. We offer many services to provide the best comprehensive care to our patients, which include dentistry, therapy laser, soft-tissue surgery, in-house diagnostics, digital radiology, ultrasonography, and more! Our hours of operation are 8:00am-8:00pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 8:00am-6:00pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and 8:00am-2:00pm on Saturdays. We are proud to be an AAHA-Certified hospital with Fear Free certified professionals on our team! Hebron Animal Hospital is located in Hebron, KY, and is less than 10 miles from The Northern Kentucky Greater Cincinnati International Airport. The University of Cincinnati is only a short drive from Hebron and has been named in the Top Tier of the country's "Best National Universities" more than once! Job DescriptionJob duties include, but are not limited to: Maintain the visual appeal or the hospital reception area, greet and welcome clients and patients, answer questions and triage client concerns, answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution, schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow, check in and check out clients and process payments. Our receptionists offer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need to our clients and must be comfortable with various medical outcomes.
Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises. May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.
