The hours of operation are typically Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The medical office receptionist welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone. In addition to greeting patients, the receptionist is responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and other office tasks. Throughout the process of greeting and scheduling patients to answering patients' questions, medical receptionists play a vital role at Community Care Clinic.
