• Front Desk Receptionist Opportunity AtBestwestern shelbyville Lodge, we are looking for a dependable and customer-oriented Front Desk Associate Morning /Evening/Night Auditor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. This position covers 7.00 AM
• 3.00 PM ( weekends only ) ,3:00 PM
• 11:00 PM ( Weekdays and Weekend) and 11:00 PM
• 7:00 AM ( Weekday and Weekends )shifts, ensuring exceptional service and smooth hotel operations at all times.

Key Responsibilities Guest Check-In & Registration Greet guests warmly, efficiently complete the registration process, verify guest details, assign appropriate rooms, process electronic key coding, and inform guests of room and elevator locations. Guest Services Provide exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries, offering local information, and promoting hotel amenities and services. Up-selling & Promotion Use up-selling techniques to maximize hotel revenue by promoting additional services and amenities. Check-Out & Billing Assist guests with check-out, ensure accurate billing, process credit and debit card transactions, and verify room charges. Problem Resolution Respond to guest concerns and complaints professionally, working to resolve issues and ensure overall guest satisfaction. Knowledge of Hotel Operations Demonstrate a strong understanding of hotel services, room types, rates, local attractions, and ongoing promotions. Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak professionally Proficiency with computers, hotel management software, and related systems Ability to remain active and mobile throughout the workday Previous hotel experience preferred, but not required Must be available to work morning ,evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
