Job Responsibilities Include:

Answering incoming phone calls Assisting with CRM updates and job management Inputting invoices for job costing Updating job notes and customer files Helping keep office operations organized and efficient Inventory experience is a plus (but not required) Assisting management with daily office tasks and scheduling

Preferred Qualifications:

Office experience preferred Basic computer knowledge QuickBooks or CRM experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills We are looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and ready to grow with our company.

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
