RECEPTIONIST- PRN
who facilitates the flow of facility information; to provide a positive, responsive environment for receiving internal and external customers via telephone and face-to-face interactions. This position provides screenings to incoming employees and visitors to River Oaks Hospital Qualifications Job Duties may include but are not limited to: Promptly greets patients, visitors and staff who enter facility; makes eye contact with and greets walk-in guests in a pleasant courteous and clear tone of voice. Answers and responds to incoming telephone calls; answers phone promptly; speaks in a pleasant, courteous, and clear manner; Routes telephone and in-person messages accurately, completely, and promptly. Maintain hospital security by following safety procedures for callers or visitors displaying threatening or other potentially dangerous or disruptive behaviors. Provides routine organization-related information to callers and visitors; consistently communicates within boundaries of confidentiality polies and procedures; demonstrates a thorough knowledge of basic organization services and sites of operation, times and dates of routine and special events, and other essential information typically sought from callers and visitors; information provided is consistently accurate and clear. Follows organizations intake procedures when patients or prospective patients arrive. Upon entry, greet patient and gather patient's insurance information.
