About the Role MoneySaver Tax Professionals LLC is seeking a full-time, on-site, year-round Receptionist / Bookkeeping Assistant to be the first point of contact for our clients and to support our office's daily administrative operations. This position combines front desk responsibilities with basic accounting and bookkeeping support, including data entry and maintaining financial records in QuickBooks. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner and create a welcoming first impression Answer and route incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries Schedule and confirm client appointments and maintain calendars for team members Organize, scan, and maintain client files and office records accurately and confidentially Support daily office operations, including clerical and administrative tasks Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including transaction entry, account updates, and financial record maintenance in QuickBooks Help prepare and organize documentation needed for tax preparation and other financial services Facilitate clear communication between clients and team members to ensure excellent service and timely follow-up Qualifications Experience with phone etiquette and receptionist or front desk duties Strong clerical and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with office technology and software, including scheduling tools and basic computer applications Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping practices Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality High school diploma or equivalent required; additional office administration, accounting, or bookkeeping training is a plus Apply Please apply through with a current resume and a brief summary of relevant receptionist, bookkeeping, or QuickBooks experience.
