Your duties include being the first point of contact for our firm by answering all incoming calls and greeting and welcoming clients and guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering a multi-line phone system Greeting and assisting all clients and visitors Running errands for the firm Filing Making copies, Faxing, etc. Opening new client files Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Valid Driver's license with clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional verbal and communication skills
• Strong customer service skills, Professional, Strong work ethic

Pay:

$12.00 - $13.50 per hour
