We are seeking an experienced and reliable Veterinary Receptionist with strong customer service and communication skills. Our hospital is dedicated to excellent patient care and client service, and we're looking for someone who is organized and dependable. This position is required to interact with vendors and clients, and therefore must be courteous, friendly, and caring. Duties pertaining to the role include, but are not limited to: Greeting clients and pets in a caring, professional manner Answering phones and scheduling appointments Answering general veterinary questions to clients both in person and over the phone Communicating effectively with veterinarians and technicians Keeping the front desk organized and efficient Handling over-the-counter sales
