Spa Receptionist

Overview:

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for welcoming clients and creating a relaxing atmosphere, managing spa appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments for Spa and Salon services taking into consideration the timing and the best practice in ordering of those services Knowledgeable about the products and services available within the Spa and Salon to better make recommendations to the guests inquiring about the retail products and services offered Complete daily checklists for opening and closing both Front Desk and Men's and Women's Spas Clean, stock, and maintain the environment of the Back of House areas, Atrium, Front Desk, and Retail areas within the Spa Operations Secures the area by ensuring the premises are locked and all electrical equipment has been turned off when opening and closing the Spa and Salon Adhere to the policies, procedures, and SOP's of the Corporation and Spa Operations Department Provide a positive guest service experience to each guest including but not limited to courtesy, sincerity and enthusiasm to all guests

Qualifications:
