Job Description

The front desk sets the tone for the entire customer experience. We are looking for an organized, articulate, and reliable Front Desk Associate to join our team in New Orleans. If you enjoy interacting with people, work well under pressure, and take pride in managing an efficient workspace, this position is an excellent fit. Key Responsibilities Guest Relations & Communication Greet clients and visitors upon arrival with a professional and welcoming demeanor. Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, providing accurate information or directing inquiries to the appropriate team member. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently to minimize wait times. Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and effectively. Administrative & Front Desk Operations Manage the daily calendar, schedule appointments, and confirm bookings. Process customer payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and internal correspondence. Input and update customer information accurately in our digital database. Team Support Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled. Assist management with administrative projects, data entry, and filing as needed. Follow established security and safety protocols for the front entrance.

Strong Organization:
Capability to prioritize tasks, multitask during busy hours, and maintain accurate records.
Professionalism:
A dependable work ethic and the ability to remain calm and composed during high-traffic periods.
Digital Proficiency:
Competence using basic office software, email systems, and scheduling platforms.
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative support is preferred, but we will train candidates who demonstrate the right skill set.
Schedule and Availability Full-Time and Part-Time Options:
Shifts are scheduled based on business needs.
Hours:
Availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends is required.
